Inspired by the culinary landscapes throughout Northwestern Europe, Caves Corvallis marries a curated selection of elevated tavern-fare with craft beer, wine, spirit, and beverages. Located in downtown Corvallis, Caves hosts customers for Brunch, Dinner, special curated and ticket dinners, Gather Hour and Oyster Hour.
